Suunto - D6 Dive Computer

The Suunto D6 is a two gas mix, full decompression dive computer with an integrated digital compass, use it to track your dive profile and do post-dive analyses, and with its wrist watch design, never land yourself in that situation where you left your dive computer at home ever again.

Suunto D6 Modes

The Suunto D6 comes preset with Air, Nitrox and Gauge modes, as well as the Suunto RGBM Deep Stop Algorithm, which gives a diver the option to do safety stops at depth, rather than in shallow water.

Nitrox mode on the Suunto D6 allows for the use of up to two different gas mixes, from 21% to 100% oxygen, as well as mid-dive switching between the two gas mixes once the safety allowances have been met.

In Gauge Mode, the Suunto D6 displays both dive time and a stopwatch in a twin display, with a sampling rate of up to 1s, perfect for either freediving or technical diving.

Internal Digital Compass and Graphic Memory Display

The Suunto D6 internal compass displays both the compass rose to show general direction, as well as the exact numerical bearing of a diver. In addition, the D6 possesses a Bearing Lock Funtion, which will point you back in the right direction if you go off track. The D6 can also save a bearing to memory while in compass mode.

With up to 80h of memory, the D6 features an internal log book which provides a diver with a graphical dive profile detailing maximum depth and time, as well as real-time water temperature. The Suunto D6 also comes with a Dive History Function as well as a Dive Planner.

As sleek on land as it is on water, the Suunto D6 has a stainless steel casing, and comes with either a rubberised strap or with a stainless steel bracelet. The D6's internal compass works on land as well as water, and it comes with all standard watch functions, including dual time, stopwatch, and alarm clock.

A USB-PC interface comes as an optional attachment and can be used with the Suunto Dive Manager 2 Software
